GRINDING MACHINES
Our range features highly durable and capable industrial bench grinders, belt grinders and pipe notchers.
Bench Grinders
Our comprehensive bench grinders have wheel diameters between 200mm and 300mm and range from 240V to 415V. While some of our machines include a work stand as standard, we also stock versatile bench grinder stands to suit common 8”, 10” & 12” bench grinders.
Belt Grinders
Our extra heavy-duty belt grinders with a robust construction, feature a 14mm thick plate mainframe, a solid 5mm thick plate work rest and a straight forward and precise belt tracking adjustment. Included as standard is an emergency stop NVR switch to ensure you can operate your belt grinder safely.
Our highly versatile belt grinders are well suited to all types of applications including finishing, deburring and stock removal.
Pipe Notchers
ITM pipe notchers feature a smooth, high output motor and a platen grinding surface. This ensures the tool has little vibration while running and boasts an extra heavy-duty robust construction. With a 2.2KW 3 phase 415V high output motor and a capacity between 17mm and 70mm, these quality pipe notchers are the perfect choice for the industrial workshop.
Pipe and tubing can be notched between 30° and 90° angles fast and accurately so they can be attached or welded to a horizontal piece of pipe with minimal hassle.
About Grinding Machines
Grinding machines have an abrasive grinding wheel or belt which is used to cut, shape or alter the dimensions of hard metal items such as tools. Each abrasive grain on the surface of the wheel cuts away a small chip from the workpiece. This equipment is ideal for producing a high-quality finish on the surface of the workpiece.
